Privileges Plus - T&Cs.

By registering as a member, you agree that these T&Cs will apply to you in respect to the Privileges plus program.

Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility

1. In order to be enrolled in to PACCAR Privileges Plus program, members must provide all information requested on the web site on joining and notify PACCAR Australia immediately of any change to that information via the self-update of the Member Details section. Updates to user’s information can be made through the Individuals or Members sections of the web page.

2. PACCAR Australia has the right to remove individual Members from the program at any time, without notice.

3. Members have the right not to be part of PACCAR Privileges Plus program, please contact PACCAR Australia directly to advise that you wish to be removed from this site.

Security

4. Login IDs and passwords will be issued for all levels of required or appropriate access to PACCAR Privileges Plus program for Members.

5. Each time a Member attempts to gain access to his or her area of the web site, they will be asked to key in their Login ID and password. If the Login ID or password is not correct, then access will be denied.

6. PACCAR Australia is entitled to act on instructions from a Member, or someone purporting to be that Member if the Login ID and password are correct.

7. Login IDs and passwords should not be divulged to anyone, composed from information that could be guessed by anyone, or recorded anywhere in a format that can be deciphered. PACCAR Australia will not be held responsible for transactions or redemptions that have taken place without the authority of the Member, where the correct login ID and password have been used.

8. If a Member suspects that a third party has become aware of their login ID and password, they should change their password immediately. Changes to passwords can be made through the “My Profile” area of the web site or by contacting PACCAR Australia directly.

General

9. Companies, Branches, Members and Individuals are responsible for any taxation liability (including GST/VAT) or other government charges or reporting requirements arising from Membership of PACCAR Privileges Plus Program or redemption of rewards. PACCAR Australia does not offer any advice or accept any responsibility with respect to these matters.

10. PACCAR Australia reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time and the Member will be required to read and reaccept these terms and conditions before accessing PACCAR Privileges Plus Program.

11. Failure to enforce a particular Term and Condition of Use does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition by PACCAR Australia

12. PACCAR Australia may exercise any right, power or remedy in this document at its discretion and separately or concurrently with any other right, power or remedy.

13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of NSW.

14. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable that provision:

(a) may be read down to the extent necessary to make it valid and unenforceable; or

(b) may be severed and the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions enforced.

Member Communication

15. The Privileges Plus program will on occasion communicate to you the latest news and offers. 

Unless you have opted out, you agree to us communicating with you via various communication channels (including email, SMS and mail).

The Privileges Plus program only want to send you messages that you are happy to receive, and we will do our best to ensure our messages are relevant to you.  Should you wish to opt-out of certain types of marketing and promotional messages, please follow the instructions below:

For SMSs, emails and mail:

    1. Privileges Plus member website: log on to the Privileges Plus member website, go to My Account and updating your settings to opt in or out of receiving marketing and promotional emails, SMS or mail.
    2. Email: Clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of any marketing or promotional emails we send you
    3. Mobile: Send “STOP” as a reply to our marketing or promotional SMS so that you don’t receive marketing or promotional SMSs from us anymore.
    4. Mail: There are two ways to opt-out from mailing;
  2. All our mail communication is accompanied by a post-paid BRC (Business Response Card/Sheet). Fill this out the sheet with your contact details and select unsubscribe before mailing it back to us.
  3. Visit https://paccarparts.com.au/contact and complete the enquire form and in the message section state that you want to stop receiving mailing from the Privileges Program and also include your Privileges Loyalty number.
